The husband-and-wife team of James and Julie Petrakis operate The Ravenous Pig, a food behemoth that serves New American cuisine. All of their dishes are prepared with seasonal and local ingredients.

Order one of their butcher’s cuts, such as the 20 oz dry-aged ribeye, and combine it with your favorite veggies, such as grilled baby carrots with miso-pistachio butter or roasted marble potatoes.

Take your meal to the next level by complementing it with one of the restaurant’s great beers, such as the “Laid Up Lager,” a lightly hopped German-style pilsner.
