Wine Bar George is a fine dining spot in Orlando, the state’s only Master Sommelier-owned wine bar. This is the only Master Sommelier-owned wine bar in Florida, located at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort.

Highlighted by a Bordeaux, France-produced 1982 Cabernet Sauvignon, the restaurant offers an outstanding wine list as well as a refined selection of meals to go with it. You’ll discover a variety of small dishes like burrata with seasonal tomatoes, house-made hummus with naan bread, grilled octopus salad, and three types of charcuterie and cheese boards in their wonderfully diverse cuisine.

If you’re dining with your children after a full day of Disney Springs fun, don’t worry; Wine Bar George also offers family-style dishes for two to four people. Order their famous skirt, served with roasted potatoes and seasonal veggies, as well as house-made chimichurri.
