WHY DOES WALT DISNEY WORLD MATTER?

Some may argue that Disney World isn’t important. It’s prohibitively costly and, by definition, a luxury. It isn’t as essential to our survival as healthcare. And it’s also crowded, hot, and complicated beyond that. Why is my email overflowing with friends asking when they will be able to return?

Magic Kingdom

That is the simplest part of this question, and it may be summed up in a single word.

Disney World matters because of JOY.
