How It Works

Our Minnie Van service works with the Lyft app. Cars are usually minutes away. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Lyft app on your Android or iOS phone in any area of the Walt Disney World Resort.
2. Select “Select Minnie Van” and confirm your pickup location. Swipe through vehicle type choices until the Minnie Van service appears if it doesn’t appear right away.
3. You can use the app to keep track of the vehicle’s progress on a map. You’ll also see the car’s number so you can identify it.
